And if she’s working with a first-time buyer, she educates them about what the lender will need, as well as steps they can take not to jeopardize their home-buying plans.
She spends a great deal of time getting to know her buyers to fully understand what they want and need from their next home. Throughout this process, she’s constantly educating and informing her clients about how they can get the home of their dreams.

When Karen meets with a seller, she likes to spend time in their home. Her goal is to gather as much information about the sellers and their homes, as well as their goals, needs, and expectations. Karen knows that the more familiar she is with these factors, the better equipped she is to sell their home for top dollar.
